What's new in StudioVector

Connect your studio with an activation link

Connecting a Mindbody site now takes one link. Give your AI or the Sites page your Mindbody Site ID, and the studio's Mindbody owner opens the activation link we send back, signs in to Mindbody and approves access. Your AI can read the studio as soon as the approval comes through, and a few connections go to our team for review first.

You don't need API keys or a new app to learn. Adding another studio works the same way.

New reports

Ask for these in plain English, right from the AI you already use:

• First visits: See who came in for the first time in any date range up to a year, with contact details ready for follow-up.
• Memberships: Get a snapshot of today's active memberships: how many clients are members and how many hold each membership.
• Attendance, with or without revenue: See attendance by class, teacher and location, or what each visit was worth by teacher, pricing option and location. Try: “What was each teacher's attendance worth last month?”

Each report reads one Mindbody site at a time. With several studios connected, ask about one of them or have your AI run the report for each.

Unlimited locations and sites on every plan

Every plan, from Solo up, now includes unlimited Mindbody sites and locations, with no per-location fees. Credits are the only limit. Whether you run one studio or a dozen, connect them all and ask about each one or the whole business.
