What can you do with Mindbody's Clients at Risk list?
Mindbody's Clients at Risk flags clients likely to stop visiting and estimates the revenue at stake. You can download the list or segment those clients for text and email. StudioVector adds a different thing: it connects the AI you already use to your Mindbody site, so you can ask follow-up questions in plain English.

What does Mindbody's Clients at Risk show?
Mindbody says Clients at Risk uses predictive analytics to flag clients likely to stop visiting and to estimate the revenue at stake. It says the feature is included on every plan tier at no additional cost. You can download the list for direct outreach, or segment those clients for targeted text and email marketing.
Mindbody lists two companions on every plan tier: Big Spenders, which finds clients who could spend more, and Weekly AI Insights, plain-language summaries of your numbers that are emailed to you if you opt in.
What can Mindbody's marketing tools do with that list?
Mindbody's marketing page describes Attentive SMS & Email, which can segment clients as new, regulars or lapsed. It builds automated welcome, re-engagement and win-back messages in Journeys, with granular control over how the messages are sequenced.
The page does not say which plans include these tools, and Mindbody notes that not all features are available in all regions or on all tiers. Check your own account.
What do you do when the list raises a question?
A list gives you names. The follow-up questions are where it gets slow. With StudioVector connected, you ask them in Claude or ChatGPT and the answer comes from your live Mindbody data: who on a list visited recently, how full this week's classes are, how last month's sales compared with the month before.
The assistant reads your classes, visits, memberships, sales and clients. It can draft a message for you to review. Today it does not send email or text, and it does not change Mindbody.

- You ask Claude: Can you tell me how many clients are at risk of churning?
- Claude calls the StudioVector tool for clients who may not renew. On the sandbox site it reports 156 clients at risk, grouped by reason: a class pack expiring with sessions left (77), a class pack running low with nothing to replace it (53), a Mindbody status of Declined, Suspended or Terminated while still holding a membership or pack (12), no recent visits (10), and a membership ending with no active autopay (4).
- Claude says the count is a floor because the scan was incomplete: it read the first 4,000 of about 4,527 profiles, checked only the 10 soonest-ending memberships for autopay, and checked visit activity for 10 of 573 paying clients.
- You ask: Can you create sample email drafts to send to these clients? Claude writes five templates, one for each reason: membership ending, pack expiring, pack running low, payment issue and win-back. It notes that renewal and pack reminders are promotional, so it would only send them to clients whose promotional email consent is on, and that many clients have no email address on file.
- You say: Yes go ahead and create gmail drafts for them. Claude uses your Gmail connector, not StudioVector, to create 9 drafts personalized with each client's pack name, sessions left and expiry date. Nothing has been sent. It skips a client whose consent is off, points out that three clients share one address, and tells you to swap in your own sign-off and links before sending.
Will StudioVector's list match Mindbody's?
Not exactly. StudioVector's clients_at_risk tool applies its own rules: memberships ending with no active autopay, class packs that are expiring or running low, a Mindbody status of Declined, Suspended or Terminated, and clients who have stopped visiting. Mindbody's list comes from its own prediction, so the two can differ.
Treat them as two views of the same studio, and ask the assistant about any client that appears on one list and not the other.
Do you need both?
They do different jobs. Use Mindbody to see its list and to send messages, which is what its marketing tools are for. Use StudioVector to ask questions about your studio and to have the AI draft a note you review and send yourself.
