What tools does the Mindbody MCP server have?
The StudioVector Mindbody MCP server gives your AI assistant seven task tools, fourteen Mindbody lookups and three account tools. They read your studio's clients, classes, sales and memberships. Today they do not book, edit or send anything.

Task tools answer a whole question in one call, so your assistant does not page through raw Mindbody data.

- Find clients by name, email or phone.
- client_overview
- One client's profile and balance, memberships, passes with sessions left, recent visits and upcoming bookings.
- find_classes
- Classes in a date range with time, teacher, location, capacity and spots left.
- sales_summary
- Sales totals, categories and a comparison with an earlier period, not a raw export.
- class_attendance_summary
- How full classes are, and which class types, teachers, locations and times fill best.
- find_likely_attendees
- The clients most likely to take an open spot in a class.
- clients_at_risk
- Clients who may not renew, with a reason for each, plus contact details and marketing consent flags.

Each lookup returns one kind of Mindbody record and makes one Mindbody request.

Which account tools are free?
Account tools manage your connection and cost no credits.
- account_overview
- Your plan, credits used and left this period, seats and locations.
- connect_studio
- Starts connecting a studio by Site ID and returns the activation code to approve in Mindbody. Owners and admins only.
- studio_connection_status
- Checks whether the activation was approved and the studio is connected.
How many credits does a tool call cost?
1 credit is 1 Mindbody request. A successful Mindbody tool call costs at least 1 credit, and account tools are free. Every tool's description lists the Mindbody calls it makes and the most it can make.
What can the tools not do?
Mindbody tools stay unavailable until the plan is paid and a site is connected. Today the tools do not book classes, edit client records, or send email.
